POP-UP: ROZIES FRIED RICE SPONSORED BY SOCORRO TEQUILA Rozies is popping up at Easy Slider with a one-day menu from chefs Tristan and Pierre - two longtime friends and collaborators rooted in the Dallas restaurant scene. What started as “Cooking with Pierre” nights turned into Rozies, a project centered around wok-fired dishes, Thai-inspired flavors, and a creative, no-rules approach to food. Expect live wok cooking throughout the afternoon, plus Easy Slider’s full bar and menu available for purchase alongside the pop-up. This pop-up is sponsored by Socorro Tequila, an additive-free, 100% Blue Weber agave tequila crafted in Jalisco. Known for its clean profile and commitment to quality (just water, agave, and yeast), Thai-inspired specialty drinks will be available along with Rozies menu Sunday, May 24th from 1-5pm.
