Brain Boost and Buddy Talk

A middle school group to learn about emotions and coping skills with ADHD

Brain Boost and Buddy Talk is a Co-ED middle school group ( grades 6-8) to learn about feelings and emotions while coping with ADHD. Participants will work on learning how to recognize their emotions, manage emotions, and learn coping skills for school, friendships and home. To benefit fully from the program, participants should have a level of communication that allows them to express their needs and interact with others in the group.
