Free Matinee for Seniors: Hidden Figures

A Juneteenth matinee screening of "Hidden Figures" for seniors 55+ with an opening presentation on clinical research

In celebration of Juneteenth, join us for a matinee screening of Hidden Figures on Monday, June 15th at 2 PM, located at Aloma Cinema Grill (2155 Aloma Ave, Winter Park). Based on the unbelievably true life stories of three women known as "human computers", Dorothy Vaughan, Mary Jackson, and Katherine Goble Johnson crossed all gender, race, and professional lines while their brilliance and desire to dream big, beyond anything ever accomplished before by the human race, firmly cemented them in U.S. history as true American heroes. Please note: This movie is exclusively for seniors (55 years and older). Anyone below that age will not be granted entry to this movie. A brief presentation on “The Latest in Clinical Research” will be given at the start of the event. Doors open 30 minutes before the movie's start time. Entry will not be granted once the presentation begins.
