A free heart-healthy lunch and beverages will be served. Support groups play a crucial role in the recovery process following a cardiac event or stroke. They provide an opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences. In these groups, you will discover new friendships, support, hope and encouragement as you navigate your journey after a cardiac event or stroke.
