Join nationally board certified health & fitness coach Karen Cerezo for a fun, energizing outdoor community workout designed to help you kick off the year with confidence, strength, and momentum. This workout is welcoming to all fitness levels—whether you’re easing back in or ready to challenge yourself. Expect a feel-good mix of strength, core, and mobility, plus plenty of encouragement and real-life modifications. This isn’t about “starting over.” It’s about starting strong—together.
