Developed with physical therapists, The Bar Method is transformational, and can help you achieve your specific fitness goals, whether you're looking for strength training, increased flexibility, weight loss, or increased tone. After your workout, head inside Heights Public Market for food from one of our vendors or full-service restaurants.
