SOUND JOURNEY AT ARTSERVE Join us for an evening where art and sound come together to create space for relaxation, reflection, and renewal. Arrive early to explore Artserve’s galleries before settling into an immersive Sound Journey featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, flute, drums and guided meditation. Let the vibrations melt your stress away. This is an in-person event where you can truly connect, unwind, and recharge. Perfect for anyone looking to reconnect with a deeper sense of calm and clarity, or just enjoy some peaceful vibes. As the instruments are played, waves of sound fill the space, creating a deeply relaxing environment that many participants describe as both grounding and restorative. No meditation experience is necessary. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow the sounds and vibrations to wash over you. Whether you are feeling stressed, mentally fatigued, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a moment to slow down, this Sound Journey offers a space to rest, reset, and return to yourself.
