Get ready to kick off the school year with a bang at the Houston Explosive & Operation X Foundation 6th Annual Back 2 School Camp - it's gonna be lit! I am happy to announce Houston Explosive Fitness & Operation X Foundation six annual back-to-school workout camp. This is a completely FREE coed event for school-aged children (ages 5-18). The focus of this event is to continue to encourage our youth to get outside and stay active throughout the summer,while also supporting our community. The camp will consist of a number of fun and enjoyable activites from skill drills, skill development, to expert instructions with a coach,player evaluations, and much more.
