Our instructors have trained superstars like Anika Noni Rose and Salli Richardson, plus The Real Housewives of Atlanta, the elite athletes of Magic City, and the stars of Starz's P-Valley. * The Mix: A beginner-friendly blend of Pole, Twerk, and fun dance forms. * The Sneak Peek: Get a taste of our workshop structure and wrap up the hour by having the whole class perform a fun, mini routine together—showing you exactly what you can conquer as a full member! 🚨 THE RULES & ATTIRE (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!) 🚨 > CRITICAL: You must be in proper pole attire to participate in the pole lessons. Because safety and grip depend on skin contact, we have a strict clothing policy. * 🩳 Pole Attire: Wear short shorts or pole shorts that are short enough to expose your inner thighs. LEGGINGS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. If you wear leggings, you cannot participate, and there are no refunds. * 🧴 Skin Prep: NO body oils or lotions allowed before class (it makes the poles dangerously slippery!). * 👟 Shoes: Bring both sneakers and heels for the ultimate experience!
