Using sliders, we’ll focus on full-body strength, low-impact movement, and real results β€” all in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. πŸ—“ Every Third Friday ⏰ 35/45-minute sessions starting at 7:15 PM πŸ“ Outdoor community workout πŸ’Έ FREE (donations accepted to support the community) Spots are limited β€” please register to save your spot and stay updated!
