Join us for the 3rd Annual Mental Health Awareness Day and Community 5K Walk, hosted by Bell Institute in partnership with Generational Mindset Inc., on May 16, 2026, at Willie Mays Park in Orlando. This event is designed to bring together youth, families, and community members for a day focused on connection, awareness, and access to real support. Mental health impacts every part of our lives, from how we think and feel to how we manage stress, relationships, and daily responsibilities. Our goal is to create a space where individuals and families can engage in meaningful conversations while connecting with organizations that provide valuable resources. Attendees can expect: • A community 5K walk/run for all ages and fitness levels • Access to mental health and wellness resources • Youth-focused programs and life skills organizations • Financial empowerment and community support services • Family-friendly activities, music, and engagement opportunities Whether you are coming to participate in the 5K, learn about available resources, support a loved one, or simply be part of something positive, this event is for you. We are expecting over 150 youth and families and are continuing to build a strong network of organizations committed to strengthening our community.
