We are excited to offer a series of Arts Wellness Workshops, designed to enhance community well-being through the power of the arts. This FREE series of one-hour workshops will offer our community a much-needed space to relax, rejuvenate, and manage stress, all while exploring creative self-care practices. Led by skilled Teaching Artists, the workshops will introduce participants to a variety of arts-based wellness techniques, including sound baths and sound healing, reflective arts journaling, movement, and breathing exercises. These sessions not only provide relaxation but also empower individuals to adopt tools for ongoing mental and emotional wellness. The workshops are open to all, offering an exploration of new wellness practices. No prior experience is needed, and all materials are provided. Sing To Heal TEACHING ARTIST: MARÍA ALBÁN This interactive and transformative workshop explores the profound healing potential of singing. Participants will engage in vocal exercises, breathwork, guided singing practices, and group song experiences to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and enhance personal well-being. Through the ancient and universal art of voice and sound, we will explore how singing can be a powerful tool for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
