Let's experience the art of stillness together on One-Day Retreat At Meditation Center of Chicago | Time: 9 AM-3 PM The retreat includes a range of activities designed for everyone (regardless of what you believe in)to help you relax and rejuvenate. We will start with a Chair Yoga, followed by a guided meditation to help you connect with your inner self. You will then have the opportunity to listen to a Dhamma talk, which will offer insights into Buddhist teachings and practices. ***We provide separate morning sessions for regular meditators and people who are new to meditation. *** Tentative Schedule 8:30 am Check-in 9:00 am Orientation & Yoga Exercise 9:20 am Meditation, Dharma Talk, Q & A 11:30 am Lunch Time (**We provide Thai lunch for you**) 12: 20 pm Break Time 01:00 pm Walking Meditation 2:20 pm Loving Kindness Meditation and Reflection / Group discussion 03:00 pm End of Program PS. If you have any dietary restrictions, please bring your meals.
