Join Austin Small and Minority Business Resources for Meet the Prime: Vertical and Horizontal Construction, a networking event designed to help small, minority-owned, women-owned and disadvantaged businesses build relationships with industry professionals supporting Austin’s growing infrastructure and built environment. WHAT TO EXPECT Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with prime contractors connected to both horizontal and vertical construction projects. This includes opportunities related to roadways, utilities, site work, public infrastructure, buildings, facilities and related professional services. Participants will learn more about upcoming contracting opportunities, supplier diversity initiatives, scopes of work, project timelines and future solicitations. The event will also provide open networking time for firms to introduce their services, ask questions and explore potential partnerships.
