Empowerment CDC to Host National Bike Month Celebration in North Tyler Tyler, Texas – Empowerment Community Development Corporation (Empowerment CDC) is proud to announce its upcoming National Bike Month Celebration on Saturday, May 16th from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Empowerment CDC Complex, 309 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Tyler, Texas. This free, family-friendly event will bring the community together to promote health, safety, and outdoor fun. Families are encouraged to bring their bikes and enjoy an afternoon filled with riding, music, games, and community fellowship.
